Hi, my name is Fran, I do permanent makeup. I live in California and have been doing permanent makeup for almost 20 years. I specialize in brows, eyeliner and lips. I also do corrections on bad permanent makeup. I advise only going to someone who has at least 5 years experience. As life gets more and more hectic, we look for ways to simplfy, and permanent makeup is one way to do that, besides taking years off your looks.
